Returns & Refunds Policy
At Meraki Digital Art, every item is made to order specifically for you through our printing partners at Gelato. Because each product is custom-printed, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, with a printing error, or is the wrong item, we’ve got you covered.
- Action Required: Please contact us at create@merakidigital.art within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Evidence: Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the error. A photo of the shipping packaging (especially if the box is crushed or torn).
- Resolution: We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
2. Change of Mind / Incorrect Size
Because our products are printed on demand, we do not hold inventory. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you:
- Ordered the wrong size or color.
- Changed your mind after the order was processed.
- Provided an incorrect shipping address.
Pro Tip: Please consult the Size Guide available on every product page before finalizing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit!
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders are sent to production almost immediately to ensure fast delivery. You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has moved into the "In Production" status with Gelato, we can no longer cancel it.
4. Processing Times
- Refunds: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Replacements: Replacement orders typically take 3–5 business days for production, plus shipping time.
5. How to Start a Claim
To report an issue, please email create@merakidigital.art with the following:
- Subject line: "Return/Issue - Order #[Your Order Number]"
- A brief description of the problem.
- High-quality photos of the product. A photo of the shipping packaging (especially if the box is crushed or torn and the shipping label if the package was damaged).
