Thank you for shopping at Meraki Digital Art. We are proud to offer a sustainable, "made-to-order" shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Order Processing & Production
Because we use a print-on-demand model through our partner, Gelato, each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed.

Production Time: Standard items (T-shirts, Mugs, Posters) typically take 2–5 business days to print and quality-check.

Notifications: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the production facility.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We utilize Gelato’s global network of 140+ local print hubs to ensure your order is produced as close to you as possible. This reduces carbon emissions and speeds up delivery.

3. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: Our most popular and eco-friendly option.

Express Shipping: Available for select products and regions at checkout for faster transit.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Since we fulfil orders locally in most major regions (USA, EU, UK, AU), the majority of our customers will not face customs fees. However, if an item must be shipped cross-border, Meraki Digital Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at create@merakidigital.art within 30 days. We will work with Gelato to get a replacement sent out to you immediately.
